| Usermatics was set up by Carmel Kammeier (formerly Carmel Smith), an expert with extensive experience in User Centred Design and Usability. Carmel has provided usability expertise to the EC Information Society Technology programme, since 1996. | Usermatics is located in the North-East of England with clients across UK and Europe. We apply user centred design methods to make technology easier and more enjoyable for people to use. We provide a range of services customised to client's needs, bringing together a team of partners with specialist skills to undertake each assignment. |
